Blooming in winter: In our climate not much blooms in winter, so we rely on evergreens and naturally dried flowers. For large enough floral orders we can source fresh flowers from other parts of California, varieties similar to what we grow in early spring.

Dried flowers: amaranth, apple of Peru, basil, black-eyed susan, bunny tails, cockscomb, cress, drumstick, dusty miller, eucalyptus, feverfew, globe amaranth, grasses, larkspur, lavender, lisianthus, love-in-a-mist, marigold, mint, oregano, poppy pods, pearl yarrow, pearly everlasting, peonies, roses, safflower, sage, sea holly, star flower pods, statice, strawflower, sunflowers, yarrow, and zinnias.
